To customize Citymag, please go to Appearance > Customize
Citymag Main Settings
Citymag Main Settings > Color Scheme
From this section you can manage the color scheme of Citymag
- Body Color Schemes
You can select one of available color scheme
Citymag Main Settings > Topbar section
From this section you can manage the topbar.
- Left column
Date format
– You can set the date format - Right columns
You can select the element to show on right column.
– Show the topbar text
– Show the secondary menu
– Show the social icons
Citymag Main Settings > News ticker
From this section you can manage the newsticker.
- Enable the newsticker
You can enable the newsticker - News ticker title
You can insert the title for the news ticker - News ticker category
You can select the category of the news ticker - News ticker orderby
You can select how to order the articles.
– Post title
– Randomly
– Comment count
– Post date - News ticker sort order
You can select the order of the articles.
– Ascending
– Descending - News ticker limit
You can set the limit of the news ticker - News ticker layout
You can select the layout for the news ticker.
– Light style
– Dark style
Citymag Main Settings > Featured posts
From this section you can manage the featured posts on the homepage.
- Enable or disable the featured posts
- Show the featured posts only on the first page of pagination on your homepage. Enable this option to display the featured posts exclusively on the first page.
- Option to truncate long post titles with ellipsis in the vertical carousels of the featured posts section.
Main column
- Column label
You can insert the label of the main column - Post category in the main column
You can select the category for featured posts in the main column - Sort articles in the main column
You can decide how to order the articles in the main column - Order articles in the main column
You can select whether to sort articles in ascending (oldest to newest) or descending (newest to oldest) order in the main column. - Post limit
You can set the limit of articles in the main column. - Slider transition
You can set the type of transition effect for the slider in the main column. - Post author label
You can insert the label of post author.
Secondary column
- Column label
You can insert the label of the secondary column - Post category in the secondary column
You can select the category for featured posts in the secondary column - Sort articles in the secondary column
You can decide how to order the articles in the secondary column - Order articles in the secondary column
You can select whether to sort articles in ascending (oldest to newest) or descending (newest to oldest) order in the secondary column. - Post limit
You can set the limit of articles in the secondary column.
Side column

Citymag Main Settings > Trending posts
From this section you can manage trending posts on the homepage.
- Enable or disable the trending posts
- Show the trending posts only on the first page of pagination on your homepage. Enable this option to display the trending posts exclusively on the first page.
- Enable or disable the title of trending posts section
- Option to truncate long post titles with ellipsis in the vertical carousels of the trending posts section.
- Insert the title of trending posts section
- Select the category of the trending posts
- Trending posts orderby
You can select how to order the articles.
– ID
– Author
– Post title
– Post date
– Number of comments - Trending posts sort order
You can select the order of the articles.
– Ascending
– Descending - Trending posts images layout
You can select the layout for the trending posts images.
– Round images
– Square images - Edit the label of post author
Citymag Main Settings > Recommended posts grid
From this section you can manage the recommended posts grid on the homepage.
- Enable or disable the recommended posts grid
- Show the recommended posts grid only on the first page of pagination on your homepage. Enable this option to display the recommended posts grid exclusively on the first page.
- Enable or disable the title of recommended posts section
- Insert the title of recommended posts section
- Recommended posts style
You can select a style for the recommended posts section.
– Light style
– Grey style
– Dark style - Recommended posts layout
You can select a layout for the recommended posts section.

You can select how to order the articles.

Citymag Main Settings > General settings
From this section you can manage the general settings of Citymag
- Enable or disable the breadcrumb
- Breadcrumb layout
You can select the layout for the breadcrumb.
– Light style
– Dark style - Enable or disable a label before the list of recent posts on the homepage
- Show the homepage label only on the first page of pagination on your homepage. Enable this option to display the homepage label exclusively on the first page.
- Replace the default label before the list of recent posts on the homepage
- Enable or disable the secondary menu within the scrollable sidebar on mobile devices
- Enable or disable the placeholder on the homepage, archives, and search results
- Enable or disable the category title
- Enable or disable the searched item
- Enable or disable the back to top button
Citymag Main Settings > Single posts settings
- Option to hide the featured image in posts and pages
- Enable or disable the post categories
- Enable or disable the background color for post categories in the post meta
- Enable or disable the post icon
- Enable or disable the author name
- Replace the default label of post author
- Enable or disable the post date
- Enable or disable the related posts section
- Enable or disable the post author info box
- Option to use a different layout for the Aside, Link and Quote posts

From this section you can manage the layouts of Citymag
- Set a different layout for homepage: full width, left or right sidebar, masonry layout
- Set a different layout for categories: full width, left or right sidebar, masonry layout
- Set a different layout for search result: full width, left or right sidebar, masonry layout
Citymag Main Settings > Copyright and social links
From this section you can manage the copyright text and social links
- Add the copyright text
- Manage the social links (max 4 buttons)
- Enable or disable the feed RSS button
Citymag Main Settings > WooCommerce settings
From this section you can manage the settings of WooCommerce.
- Enable or disable the header cart
- Enable or disable the cross sell products on cart page
- Enable or disable the related products on product page
- Enable or disable the up sell products on product page
- Make linkable the product thumbnails on WooCommerce category pages
- Choose the layout of shop page
- Choose the layout of WooCommerce categories

Citymag Featured links > Featured links settings
From this section you can enable the featured links section
- Enable or disable the featured links section
Citymag Featured links > Featured Link item (max 3)
From this section you can manage the settings of each featured link

you can select an image for each featured link from your WordPress media folder - Title
you can insert a title for each featured link - URL

From this section you can choose a Google Font for the page body
Citymag Typography > Logo
From this section you can manage the typography of the logo.
- Logo font family
you can choose a Google Font for the logo - Logo weight
You can choose the font weight for the logo - Text transform
You can display an uppercase logo - Logo font size
You can set the size of logo - Logo description font family
you can choose a Google Font for the logo description - Logo description weight
You can choose the font weight for the logo description - Logo description font size

You can add a space between the logo and the description

From these sections you can manage the settings of each postBlock

you can show or hide the postBlock label -
Custom label
you can customize the label for each postBlock or leave it empty to display the category name (if selected) -
Category
you can select the category of this postblock - Layout
you can select the layout of this postblock (module 1, module 2) or set Disable to disable the post block
