Creating your first custom thank-you page
- Go to the plugin settings.
- Open the Content Generator tab
- Click New content
- Enter a name for the configuration
- Configure the products and display conditions
- Choose whether to use custom content or a reusable CTYP Template
- Save the settings
- Complete a test order to verify the result
Main options
Page name
Enter a recognizable name for the current configuration. The name is used only inside the WordPress administration area.
Product filter type
Choose which WooCommerce products should activate the custom thank-you page.
Available options include:
- Include specific products
- Exclude specific products
- Include all products
- Include products from selected categories
- Exclude products from selected categories
Payment gateway
Display the custom thank-you page only when the customer completes the order using one of the selected payment methods.
For example, you can create different instructions for bank transfer, cash on delivery or online payment gateways.
Order amount
Display the custom thank-you page when the order amount is higher than the value configured in the settings.
This can be useful for showing exclusive content or promotions to customers who place higher-value orders.
Device selection
Choose whether the configuration should be displayed on desktop, tablet, mobile devices or a combination of devices.
Content source
Choose how the content of the thank-you page should be created:
- Custom content
- CTYP Template
Order details
Enable or disable the native WooCommerce order details displayed on the thank-you page.
This option is not available when you use CTYP Template as source
Content position
When the native WooCommerce order details are enabled, you can display your custom content before or after them.
This option is not available when you use CTYP Template as source
Custom content
The Custom content option allows you to enter the thank-you page content directly inside the plugin settings.
You can add text, images, links, coupons, shortcodes and supported dynamic order values.
This method remains compatible with content and configurations created in previous versions of the plugin.

CTYP Templates
CTYP Templates are reusable thank-you page layouts that can be created and edited independently from the plugin settings.
A template can be designed with:
- Classic editor
- Gutenberg and WooCommerce blocks
- Elementor
- WordPress shortcodes
You can assign the same template to different configurations or create different templates for specific products, categories, payment methods or order amounts.
This option is not available when you use Custom content as source
