Plugin settings and CTYP Templates are stored separately and use different import and export methods. Follow the steps below to back up or transfer both.
Export the current settings
You can export all saved plugin settings by going to TIP Plugins → Custom Thank You Page Pro → Import/Export → Export Settings.
A backup file containing your current configurations will be downloaded.
Import the current settings
You can restore previously exported plugin settings by going to TIP Plugins → Custom Thank You Page Pro → Import/Export → Import Settings, selecting the backup file and clicking Import Settings.
Export Thank You Page Templates
CTYP Templates are stored separately from the plugin configurations.
You can export them using the native WordPress export tool by going to Tools → Export, selecting Thank you page templates, and clicking Download Export File.
Import Thank You Page Templates
You can import previously exported CTYP Templates using the native WordPress import tool.
Go to Tools → Import, run the WordPress importer and upload the previously exported XML file.
