TIP Product Slider Pro allows you to create custom WooCommerce product sliders to add to your website via shortcode.
The plugin supports different ways to create and display product sliders:
- Saved slider: a reusable product slider created from the Slider Generator tab.
- Manual shortcode: a shortcode configured directly with custom parameters.
- Gutenberg block: a product slider added from the WordPress block editor.
- Elementor widget: a product slider added and configured inside Elementor.
When to use this plugin
Use it for:
- featured product sections;
- sale product sliders;
- new arrivals and latest products;
- best seller or top-rated product carousels;
- homepage product showcases;
- landing pages and promotional pages;
- category-based or tag-based product sliders;
- custom selections of WooCommerce products.
Settings and product display
The plugin uses two main types of data.
Slider settings are configured by the administrator and include the slider title, slider ID, template, number of products, product filters, ordering, visible product elements, carousel behavior, navigation options, colors, and shortcode.
Product data is retrieved from WooCommerce and includes product image, title, price, rating, sale status, categories, short description, stock status, and add to cart button.
The slider output depends on both the saved configuration and the available WooCommerce product data. For example, the sale badge is displayed only for products currently on sale, while the rating is displayed only when product ratings are available.
Each saved slider generates a shortcode that can be copied and inserted into pages, posts, widgets, Gutenberg blocks, Elementor layouts, or any area that supports WordPress shortcodes.
You can also override some saved settings manually by adding parameters directly to the shortcode, which is useful when you want to reuse the same slider configuration with small changes on a specific page.
