Shortcode

Each countdown generates a shortcode.

How to use it

1. Configure the countdown.
2. Save the settings.
3. Copy the generated shortcode.
4. Paste it into a page, post, or block that supports shortcodes.

Using the same shortcode on multiple pages

You can insert the same shortcode on multiple pages.

If the timer is Evergreen, the same visitor will see the same countdown state on all pages that use that shortcode.

What happens if the countdown is deleted

If you delete a countdown, the shortcodes linked to that countdown will no longer display the timer.

Manual overrides

The plugin allows you to add parameters to the shortcode to override some saved values.

For regular management, it is recommended to use the shortcode generated from the panel and edit the settings from the Settings page.

Important

The shortcode calls the saved countdown slot. If you duplicate a countdown, the copy will have a separate shortcode.
